"Strawberry scrotum" -irritation on the scrotal skin. "Strawberry scrotum" - irritation from the use of topical 3% clioquinol (Vioform) on the scrotal skin. Elimination of this irritant (and allergen) is the only treatment needed. Clioquinol is not a necessary additive in dermatological products.
